If you're concerned about the accuracy of the gas bills you receive, we can help!
The IMGA Bill Check program is a service open to any community which doesn't currently purchase gas through the Agency. Simply provide IMGA with a copy of your gas supply contract and your recent bills. We'll take it from there, ensuring that you are billed the proper amount in compliance with the terms of your contract. If we find you've been over-billed, we'll work with you and your supplier to make sure that you receive the proper credit, or in some cases, even a refund!
