"I have been working with natural gas in Fulton for about 17 years. It seemed we were changing which private company we were buying our gas from every three or four years. Pricing, billing, accountability and customer service were some of the various reasons we switched companies. We are very pleased with IMGA. I can understand the bill, and if I have a question, they answer it. One person can handle our situation; it does not take a committee to get an answer. I feel like we are both on the same team. I am not a customer, I am a member. They listen." -- Bill Johnson, Director of Administration, Fulton, MO
"I've had the opportunity to interact with various gas companies, and I can say that IMGA "fits" our profile best. They operate in a low overhead, no nonsense format to efficiently deliver natural gas to their customers. Customers are provided risk management choices tailored to their individual needs. IMGA also provides expert marketing analysis and current daily price and storage information to assist in understanding influences affecting natural gas consumers." -- Tim Larsen, Utilities Manager, Corning Municipal Utilities, Corning, IA
